According to the calendar, summer is officially over. However, mother nature has not caught on to this fact yet and we are still enjoying warm weather. While you're still able to cook dinner on the grill, throw a few slices of pineapple on there as well so you can sip on this Indian Summer cocktail. Ingredients: 1 slice grilled pineapple 5 sage leaves 1-1/2 oz Ketel One Vodka 3/4 oz vermouth blanc 1/2 oz lime juice 1 sage leaf for garnish Directions: Add grilled pineapple to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add remaining ingredients except for garnish and fill with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sage leaf. Note: If you like your cocktails a little on the sweeter side, add simple syrup to taste. Serves 1
