When it comes to summer cocktails, the possibilities are endless. Melons, stone fruits, berries and more are all in season and go great mixed with a variety of spirits. However, using these ingredients generally involves muddling, juicing, shaking and/or other techniques that I just don’t want to do when I’m out camping. So, when it comes to summer camping cocktails, I stick to the basics. And by basics, I mean the gin and tonic.
